We are a small neighbourhood dessert cafe. Everything comes out of our own kitchen: layered cakes, scooped gelato, warm waffles, buttery pastries and a proper cup of speciality coffee. Pop in, take a seat, and pick something sweet.
What we make
Small batches, made the same morning. Ask at the counter for today's flavours — the display changes with what's fresh.
Scooped gelato
Creamy gelato churned in-house and served by the scoop. Cones, tubs or a swirl on top of a warm waffle — the flavour board rotates through the week.
Pastries & waffles
Flaky morning pastries and freshly pressed waffles finished with your choice of toppings. Perfect with a coffee while you settle into the day.
Speciality drinks
Speciality coffee pulled to order, plus hot chocolate, teas and cold refreshers. A cosy corner to sit, chat and take a slow break.
A quick, honest note: we're a walk-in cafe, not an online shop. There's no delivery service or app — the best way to enjoy Sprinkles is to visit us or email ahead for a larger order.
